Why did I chose my major?
¡Hi friends! Today I will write to you about my university career.
I am studying pre primary education. I chose this profession because I want to make a contribution to education and society, also I want education to be favorable to childhoods with comfort space for them with participation and well-being.
I made this choice in kindergarten because my teacher inspired me and she left a mark on my educational process, so I want to be like her.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be a pre primary Teacher and, when I grew up, this conviction grew.
My other options are Linguistics and English literature but I don't like me more than my career, I just have this profession in my mind. I had to choose where to study, my options are Valdivia, Concepcion and Santiago but when I see the curriculum and focus of the University of Chile I “fall in love”
My inspiration to study this career is that childhood is made invisible, so I want to help change the minds of people and generate optimal development in them.
Now I love my decision, I meet so many people that inspired me, like my friends and teachers.
I think that I did a good election and I hope to continue falling in love with the profession, grow and proudly wear the green uniform.
